Charles G. Kilpatrick

"One-Legged Trick Cyclist"

above, photo printed in New York Clipper (undated clipping, circa 1899-1905).

A press notice on Kilpatrick says he appeared in "nearly every country in the world" with his act, even riding down the steps of the Capitol building in Washington, DC. Appearing at the resort Point of Pines near Boston at the time of this notice, he announced his intent to leave for Germany where he was to make the rounds of vaudeville house and music halls in that country with his "novel rough riders shooting act from the wheel."
