Louis-Louise Logsdon

Billy Logsdon was a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and made his career performing as a Half-and-Half and Female Impersonator. He was variously billed as both "Half-and-Half" Louis-Louise, and singer/dancer, Pinky Pepper.
